different email programs, and each formats the handling of attachments and email body differently. So, I would assume you would have to do the mark-up and save option in a different program. At least with powerpoint, you could save all your frequently used mark-ups on a separate slide, or a master slide, and just move/copy/delete what you need. I typically use Microsoft publisher for that stuff and leave my frequently used parts on the side of the "page" and grab as I need them. Might look into that option, publisher, too.
